Hi James will get over his 'keeness', some take a little longer than others. Even the 'keenest ' dog will detrain eventually . They all do. With a little training love and understanding which I know he will get from you he will respond well. Thank you so much for giving him his chance in life. love Pam x

James is enjoying his new home especially his walks in the park with Rose, yesterday they had a good walk through a wild meadow field and James was in his element. Especially when he saw rabbits and squirrels which he was very interested in. He is getting better when we see other dogs, we have been trying different approcahes to help him with this and he responds well. We are not sure he will get over this completely but it is manageable. He particularly likes any toy that squeaks and has managed to break most of them so far. Last week we went to visit a relative who was very worried of meeting James for the first time as he is quite big. It turned out he was a perfect gentleman and was better behaved than Rose. He is great around the house, not a bit of trouble and we are so pleased he is a good companion for Rose, they just get on so well and follow each other around, especially when they both want some fuss.

Ben loves company - he was frightened by the storm today but I sat in his kennel with him and Ashley and he settled quickly. He loves curling up on the sofa with all the greys he has been in the run with....

Ben looks so adorabale, that I can't help feeling so sad for him. Is he the sort of doggie that would benefit from a greyhound companion ? We have had our female greyhound for about 4 months now, but she hates it when I have to go out and leave her alone in the house. I would like our greyhound to meet Ben to see how they get on .

Hi Jenny, Ben is getting lots of attention and has been home with me a few times where he has been a perfect gentleman - so well behaved and not at all stressed. At the kennels he is quiet but that is his nature - a real gentle Ben. We have had quite a few enquires - I am sure he will be picked soon. He is getting extra cuddles from everyone as he is so adorable. Please don't worry about him. We have put him in the big run with Ashley and he loves laying on the sofa in the sunshine! Ruth xx

Glen is just so lovely, i really have taken to him, he spend some of the afternoon sharing the run with Rossi and Toby and he looked so at home with them. he then had a little play with me in the yard and went to lie on a makeshift bed in the store watching the world go by, so cute. xxx
