To echo Angies comment on Friday....and there there was 1!! At least Harry has some company until Mike goes home ):: First to exit Daybreaks was gorgeous girly Polly, her owner only came in to look around and after meeting Polly decided she was the girl for her. I think she was a little shell shocked at making a such quick decision, but was very happy, I think Polly will be very happy. X Shelley, now Shinty had been on foster to see how she and existing grey Jess got on. Well she too was signed up, so very happy for her and her family. Thanks to everyone who came in to help today, as it was so warm the dogs we had went in the sand run this morning before it got too warm. This afternoon Mike and Harry had a sprinkle with the hose and playtime with some toys. Well, we should hopefully have more new arrivals this week, keep an eye on the website. If you see a hound you like you will have to be quick! It is wonderful to see these deserving greys being homed so quickly. X Have a good week.

If anyone is wondering what has happened to "Badgerfort Girl" who was on our website as coming soon....and has now disappeared...she has been homed directly from her Trainer. Tango

Gorgeous, bouncy little Tango went home today. She was full of beans until she had to get into the car, she was rather apprehensive but once she was securely clipped in with her new car harness she was ok. 🙂 She has a very handsome Greyhound brother to share her new home with. Another previous Daybreaks lad, Knight. They do look so lovely together. Hope she is being a good girl tonight! :)) Xxx

Rosie, thanks so much for the update on Zeb. So pleased to hear he ate his tea 🙂 He has been a little fussy during his stay at the kennels. 🙂 It was lovely to meet Lily today, she enjoyed choosing a house collar and muzzle for Zeb. 🙂 Do hope all goes well...Zeb is a really lovely lad, thank you for giving him a fabulous home with you all. Lily had a lovely day at the kennels today picking up zeb with her daddy. Having grown up with 2 hounds she doesn’t know anything different and I think has really missed milly and joey. I was so excited to meet him when they got back! He’s so gentle, good on the lead and loves a cuddle. He’s found his bed and to our surprise has eaten a really good tea. The cat has hissed and given him a good bat to show who’s the boss! Fingers crossed he settles and feels at home with us all xxx
