Over the Rainbow Bridge
Our fabulous Mike went home today! Before leaving he spent a while amusing himself wandering around the kennels investigating everything! He had a great time checking out any bags or boxes he could find and enjoyed a quick slurp of Ian's cup of tea! It has been an absolute pleasure to meet him and we wish him a fantastic new life with his lovely family. Xxx

Happy 3rd birthday to my gorgeous, sweet Nadie. You are a total whirlwind and know NO boundaries (to the extent she walked ON me in bed this morning, right over my stomach and chest and she thinks all food is hers) but I love you dearly. We can't wait to give you your present later, take you training on Saturday and on holiday in our caravan the following week. My greyhound family of 3 is complete again after losing Bert last year and I now know what it's like to have a greyhound girl (although I think I'm only at the very start of that knowledge!!) Love from your Mummy, Daddy, Skip, Sam and Bert at Rainbow Bridge. x

Daybreaks Diary!

It was a very quiet day at the kennels with just Harry and Mike! Yvonne and I managed to take them for a walk this morning before the rain started! They are lovely company, both always happy to see you and grateful of any extra attention you can give them. :)) We are hoping to welcome four new arrivals later this week. I am especially looking forward to meeting Droopys Elodie as she is related to my first Greyhound, Twiggy. :)) Xx Xxx

Harry gets my cuddle today as he's the only resident not rehomed or reserved. He is absolutely gorgeous. He may be tall but he's gentle. He also loves to give kisses. His markings are beautiful. I'm sure he won't be in kennels for very long. x
