Well how quick did those six months go,yes its Flo's six month Gotcha Day,not all plain sailing the 1st 2 weeks but what a lovely little girl you are growing into,you love your toys and playing with Cilla and Nifty (when he can be bothered).so glad we gave you the chance to be part of our family and of course all the advice (on our problems with Cilla towards you) from Kate,Ruth, Julie & Pam have a great Gotcha Day little Flo love Mom,Dad,Nifty & Cilla xx

We have an extremely busy day ahead of us as we starting to clear the office we have been using at the Sawn for the last five years! I carried out a WhatsApp home visit for Belle yesterday... she has a wonderful new family and home waiting for her. We have new arrivals in this week and Blue is off to the vets for his post op check following his dental. Looking forward to another busy day x

Lyn, found recipe for muffins.....plain flour, baking powder, bicarb soda, unsweetened cocoa powder, salt, plain choc chips, butter, castor sugar, soft brown sugar, sour cream, milk, eggs, instant coffee If they are xmas ones they had cranberries & orange zest. If they are March ones they had hotel chocolat caramel flakes so I am worried about those as I have just looked at their warnings on packet......it says For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in BOLD. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, gluten wheat, egg, sesame. Why there would be traces in chocolate flakes I dont know. Please be careful. I know the Betty Crocker carrot cake didnt have nuts in & I am sure I only added extra carrots. You would see if I had added nuts as they would be good size pieces. I was very short on time so dont think I even added raisins.

Message for Lyn Have you frozen them from xmas???? I did make some back in March but I thought Jo had taken them home to freeze & when when lockdown happened I told her to keep them & eat with her family!! If they were the March ones there are no nuts in them...I remember you are allergic....this time the carrot cake was a betty crocker mix as I was very short on time but the muffins were mine. I wld have to dig out the recipe but the usual flour, butter, sour cream, eggs, choc chips etc but no nuts. Hope to see you & Simon soon. I dont know when I will return as have taken on extra work since lockdown & Mel is now starting his journey towards leaving me so it is a question of each day is an unknown & I am trying not to spend very much time away from home so I can be with him as much as possible. Am still praying to get to his 13th birthday end August but for him that is a long way away at the moment. Enjoy the yum yums. I have just made a lovely fruit cake which is done in 1 pot on hob then popped into oven. Will have to make again soon & bring to kennels for everyone but will leave nuts out so you can try it. Woah hold on daybreaks im blinking and everyone is rehomed/reserved...how fabulous! When i first looked i thought the page had moved down, couldn't believe they'd all moved to be rehomed part! So so pleased for all you hounds and staff...keep going well done! Xxx
