It was with mixed emotions I watched little Dew Drop go home today. I will really miss her, it has been lovely watching her grow in confidence over the last few months. She has a lovely new family and a super new fury friend. Sending her my cuddle and lots of love tonight. Xxx

2019 Daybreaks Diary!

I’ve just got home after a fantastic day at the kennels. I saw Razzle off to his new home first then little Dewey was the next lucky one! A very handsome Suarez arrived and he was such a well behaved gentle boy on his walk this afternoon. Being at the kennels has unfortunately taken its toll on me and I’m already in bed, dosed up and hugging a hot water bottle to help ease the pain. It’s so frustrating as I’m desperate to be back in the full swing of things at the kennels. Tigger and Momma are also crashed out... they are not used to a busy day at the kennels! It’s a hard life 😉

Well, Mr Razzle Dazzle, look what happens when a lovely lady comes in to volunteer to take a resident to the dog show. Who knewshe would reserve you and take you for a day out. So very happy for you and your new family. You will not want for anything. Thanks Tracey for looking up his family tree and finding he had the same line as your lovely Fred that you recently lost at a very young age. I have to say if we went on that basis we would all have hundreds!!! Good luck mate, not that you will need it. X

2019 Daybreaks Diary!

A quieter day for our boys and girls after the excitement of the Dog Show yesterday. 🙂 Weather was grotty again this afternoon but thanks to our intrepid volunteers everyone got a walk! :)) Harley arrived this morning, thanks so much to Bob for picking her up from her Trainer for us. She is a very happy young lady! Xx Alan had a journey to Mansfield to carry out a home check for us. All was good! Thanks so much Alan and I won't tell Ruth you ate her Snickers bar! Oops already did!! :)) Xx We have another new arrival tomorrow and Razzle Dazzle is going home!! Exciting! :))) Xxx
