2019 Daybreaks Diary!

Cleo went off to the vets first thing this morning for her neutering operation. Many thanks to Sue for taking her for us. She was a little wobbly when I picked her up this afternoon. Bless her. Xx It was great to see Alan and Paddy this morning. Paddy brought a big tin full of Birthday Pilchard cake for all his mates at the kennels to help celebrate his recent 11th Birthday. :)) Everyone had a piece with their dinner this afternoon. They loved it! Thanks Paddy Xx Thanks so much to everyone for your help today. After taking Topper (Grayson) for his morning walk, Yvonne took great pleasure in presenting me with a poo sample from him to take to the vet! :))) Xxx

Kenny spent the day in the kitchen with Bobby, Lyra and Skip,(Skip & Kenny share the same Dad!) He was absolutely no trouble at all. :)) He went out for morning and afternoon walks. Didn't eat his breakfast but did enjoy his dinner. He is a lovely lad who would be happy in a quiet home. He may even like a four legged friend to keep him company. :)) Sending him my cuddle tonight. Xxx

2019 Daybreaks Diary!

Thats wonderful news Lucy!!! Really cheered me up after seeing Kenny returned. I remember him well. Such a lovely lad. Will find out tomorrow whats gone on. Anyway, many congratulations to you & hubby, Jet & Goose. Such a lovely name. I hope Mia continues to settle well and that Jet & Goose continue to be good & loving siblings!!! Fergal is looking much healthier and spends more time now with his brother than Daddy. Teddy and he are fairly inseparable so I think Melly enjoys having more 'Mummy' time once more. Not likely to get to a roadshow before next year as just so busy with work, looking after cousin Dessy who was rehomed in July & also up to my eyes now with organising all my culinary & creative contributions for selling at xmas fayre on 23 November. I am hoping I can raise some much needed extra cash for DB so keep your fingers crossed. Keep me updated on how things are going. Love to you all. Xxx

What a lovely hound Kenny is. Met him today and felt so sad for him, he seemed very down. He has a really soft coat, beautiful eyes and lovely markings. With the right family I think he will make a super pet. Huge cuddles Kenny everything crossed for you. Xxxxx

Thankfully I have perked up and feeling better. I’m now on the hunt for food which I was doing earlier and refused to eat it. No vet required thank goodness! Hopefully it stays that way... Think it’s just something I ate. However nobody knows what I ate! My little secret. Hehe! We don’t think it is serious though! Just one hem things probably. Lubs Barney Xx

Hope you feel better soon Barney, we too have a poorly greyhound, Dexter ripped his dew claw off yesterday morning, he too had a trip to the torture building, he's now sporting a very bright bandage and a sad face xxx

Hi seana! Yes sorry should have said...mia evie eventually made her safe arrival friday 20th september! Goose is totally obsessed and wont leave her. Jet was considering packing his suitcase and moving to nannys the first night as the crying was doing his fruit in, but she's settled now so he likes her too and is loving the fact mommy and daddy are off and we've been out on nice trips everyday! We're at the seaside today so hes loved the beach! Mia has said she is going to be a roadshow volunteer too and should be making an appearance at the show with brother jet so may catch you there? Xxx
