Over the Rainbow Bridge
Bye Bye my little furry Angel. I'll miss you so much. Beautiful and kind, gentle and so good. You always knew when someone was upset and grieving at the vets and went over to them to put your head on their lap. God Bless love you so much. Mom xxxx

Jato
Over the Rainbow Bridge
This afternoon we lost little Jato, she was a tiny nervous little lady, with a gentle smile. She was 11 and 1/2, had gone from being our ‘surprise’ baby of three to rolling her eyes at Joe and being an older girlie watching him gallop about not to gently - and joining in with racing down the garden. She didn’t trust easily, had some unusual worries- the floor and doorways (our own that she used on the regular- my boss has often had a text with a photo of these big eyes trying to find the braves to step into the house, before I could leave for work. She slipped away on her own terms which is how she did most things, dig her little feet in and that was it no amount of begging, bribing would change her mind. (She was a bit of a mummy’s girl) and she had surgery a few weeks ago to remove what turned out to be a tumour, at her age, and with her general mistrust of people and places it was decided with Jordana at the Willows we would wait and watch - that was a mere seven days ago she left us as suddenly as she arrived. Night night little one. Xxx

Sadly Gracie has been unreserved. Gracie is quiet, affectionate, can be left, clean in her kennel and a lovely girl. If you are interested, please call the kennels on 0121 782 7702.

Rocky
I’m Homed
I have just taken Rocky to Fivelands vets for his vaccination where he absolutely loved all the attention he got. The sad thing is, he arrived in August 2022 and he still hasn't found that forever home he longs for. He really is a very handsome boy - possibly more like a small horse as he is so big, but he is happy and loving. He travels well and absolutely loves time in the sand run at the kennels. If you are interested, please give us a call. 0121 782 7702.

Happy birthday to the most handsome, loving Robbie. Why he has not yet got his own sofa is a mystery. He has improved so much on being calm on his walks and likes nothing better than a good cuddle when he gets back to the kennels. Everything crossed that his forever sofa is just around the corner. Xx

Big birthday wishes to the gorgeous Robbie. Hope you’ve had a great day, despite the weather! Everyone that knows and works with this beauty is at a loss to understand why he is still waiting for his forever home. Ok, he needs that little bit of extra help, but he would return that tenfold with his love and loyalty. Xxx

Gorgeous gorgeous Robbie....... why have you not been offered your forever home yet? He is loving, clever, clean and handsome. What does he need? A quiet home with no children and a confident handler as he can sometimes get excited and has in the past pulled his owner over. I can open his kennel door and he will run to the outdoor pen for feeding and then will take himself back when we are ready. He retired with a broken leg but it has fully healed and he loves nothing more than to have a 'blast' in our sand run. He does the 'paw for more' when fussing him. He is truly gorgeous and he gets my virtual cuddle as well as a real one today.

A big cuddle for our Robbie today. Happy 5th Birthday! Oh how I wish he could find his special home. He is a fabulous boy, who just needs someone who is willing to help him with his socialisation skills. As Shanesmum says, he is very clever and loves to play games. He is fun, happy and very affectionate. Lots of love to you Robbie, have a lovely day. Xxx xxx

Rigsby (Risky)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Paul and I are so sad to say that Rigsby went over rainbow bridge this morning. We were on holiday in Scotland last week when he collapsed and he didn’t pick up again. A local vet there gave him steroid tablets which helped him until we could get home and we took him to our vet this morning. He would have been 14 in 2 weeks. He was a lovely gentle boy with a naughty side who loved to shred paper and bags if he got bored, and in his mind, being called to wait when out on a walk meant go faster. He was our second failed foster and we’ve never regretted keeping him and will miss him and his roaching forever. Love you Rigsby xxxxxxxx
