This is so hard to write - Will sadly went to the bridge today. He ran into a fence post chasing something and suffered a massive head trauma and died in our arms. Run free lovely boy, you will be desperately missed and leave a huge whole in our hearts. Sam, Si and Robbie dog

I walked Thena on Monday and it was a pleasure. She stood so calmly to have her lead on and walked beautifully. I had to check she was still there as she just potters along beside you! A lovely girl, who I'm sure will make a fabulous pet xx

I remember collecting this girl and her brother and taking to Ruths... Our hearts broke then and even more so now.... You did not deserve this after everything you have been through. Lots of love to Alan, Pam and Paddy, you made her last months so enjoyable with so much love. Fly free princess Spritz... Always in my heart. Xxxx

Alan & Pam I’m so very sorry you didn’t get to spend longer with your beautiful girl. Tears have been shed here at the sheer injustice of this cruel disease and how quickly it’s taken her. Trying to make sense of all of this is so very hard but it remains that you were there for Spritz four months ago when she needed you and you were there today. Love isn’t measured by the amount of time you all spent together but in the intensity of the feelings you experienced and the bonds you forged. A new star will be shining bright tonight. Smile up at her your biggest smile and be very proud indeed that you cared and that she chose you both and Paddy of course for her own. Linda, Paul, Lena & Peggy xxxx

Alan & Pam we are beyond heartbroken for you this evening, but you couldn't watch your precious girl suffer any more. She was an absolute darling and was so brave and strong - she just couldn't battle any more. We know you are devestated at the moment, but in time you will be able to smile again at the special memories you made together in the short time she was with you.
