Big hug for this special little girl tonight. She is going to the vets for her neutering operation in the morning. He is also going to look at her tail and decide what's the best thing to do with it. She is the sweetest little dot and loves to wag that tail! Xxx

What a chilly start to the day! Thought scraping ice from the car windows was over until next winter!! It turned out to be a good day for walking. The dogs all enjoyed getting out in the sunshine. Xx We managed to get some spring caleaning done too. Thanks to Declan, Dave and Lewis for Washing down the cover for the gazebo and putting it back up again. :)) Richard had fun cleaning out the drains! Richard and Alan did another tip run too. I just had to save a Teddy who was destined to be thrown away! I've seen Toy Story!! We had a lot of customers for the sand run today. Ideal weather for a race around. 🙂 Bobby loved running with Skip. He was quite fast too. 🙂 Xxx

    I’m Homed

The Tigger Monster has been keeping me company at home as I have not been well and she thought it would be great to help with the gardening and re-arranging plants from the garden to the bedroom..... erm.... not that I was too pleased!!!!! Today while I was at the doctors she decided the vase with daffodils looked better re-arranged on the sofa along with a wooden coaster..... can I just say that Daffodils are dangerous for dogs but she is still alive - she just played with them rather than ate them! She had x-rays on Tuesday which showed her leg growth plates are almost closed so her op has been been scheduled for the 21st May. She is going to hydrotherapy tomorrow which will hopefully wear her out - keep your fingers crossed for my sanity!!!!! 🙂

Keeping fingers crossed it’s just a sprain. Lottie can go lame when she over does it.

Poor Spritz. Sending her a big hug and hope her Xrays go ok for her. Is this the same leg that had the injury when she came back into the kennels? xx

Hoping for a positive outcome for Spitz and for you all. Such a worry, but she is a strong willed girl as we all know especially after as you say with what she has been through. Love to you all, Jo xxx

Poor Spritz has been lame on her RH rear leg now for a couple of weeks. She has seen our vet and has some pain killers for it. Unfortunately things haven't improved so she is going in for x-rays first thing tomorrow morning so that we can hopefully find out whats going on. She has been overdoing things a bit recently, think she forgets she is getting on a bit and no longer a young lady. Keeping fingers crossed its just a strain or a muscular issue. We are naturally worried made worse to think what this little girl has already been through xx

Good news from the New Forest. Stanley has now been with us for 6 years and is 10.5 years young. Daisy his new sister (2.5 weeks) she has been fantastic. They both get on so well sharing a bed (even though they have one each). We are all happy bunnies - whoops wrong word!!! but Easter is only one week away. Good luck to all greys waiting forever sofas/homes. Thanks to all the helpers. Lots of love Tim, Sue, Stanley, Daisy and Anna Spanner. xxx
