Arry (Ares /Tinker)

As you will know by now, I decided to fail at my second foster attempt! I arrived with Ares at the kennels this morning and told Ruth that I couldn't foster him any longer. She said 'oh, I'm so sorry, I don't know where we can put him'. I thought it was only fair at this point to ask if we could complete the homing paperwork! So Ares is now 'Arry, know what I mean 'Arry!!! That will teach my husband to ask what I wanted for my birthday!

We adopted Sally after the very sad loss of our beautiful Amy Sally has settled in so well seems she has been here forever she is such a good girl with our cats and Nellie our Jack Russell thankyou Kate for helping us choose our beautiful girl x

Today would have been our beloved Jack's 9th birthday, he was taken far too soon, he was such a special handsome boy who brought so much fun and love into our lives. We all know that our beautiful hounds will one day inevitably break our hearts as they don’t know they are supposed to live forever but in return they give us unconditional love, companionship, laughter, a life time of memories. Some stay with us shorter than we would wish but we do it time and again and the ones we lose stay with us in our memories and continue to walk with us unseen my heart goes out to you both I am so sorry it’s not the result we had all hoped for.

I’m just devastated for you all. It’s so unfair after everything poor Spritz has had to go through all we hoped for was a great home where she could live out the rest of her retirement comfortably and safely and to be loved and treasured. She got all of those things she needed but life is so cruel sometimes. Alan & Pam I know you face tough times ahead but we all know you will do your best for your beautiful girl. Keep making happy memories to carry you through. You are all in my thoughts xx
