Today is Flloyds official gotcha day, 1 year today. He is such a loving friendly boy and gets on so well with everyone he meets. not sure what special treat they will all have today as the chip shop is shut on Sundays. Will have to find an alternative! Love you Flloydy boydy. xxx

2019 Daybreaks Diary!

Today got off to a flying start with Jerry being homed. He came in with his new owner looking very happy and relaxed. 🙂 He now lives with his new friend a Springer Spaniel and has lots of fun and walks. Xx Sadly Nanny came back to the kennels this morning. We have paired her up with sweet little Rose, they are getting along fine together. Lucy had three customers for a pamper....not all of them enjoyed the experience! :)) but they looked great afterwards! 🙂 Rose has been reserved again! Great news for her, she is incredibly sweet. Xx Had a phone call this afternoon to say Nifty wanted to meet Shiftie! It was kind of love st first sight....well they had a good sniff of each other anyway! They look lovely together. Fingers crossed all goes well when Nifty takes Shiftie home next week. Xx Nick seeemed to be walking better today, ate all his meals and looked quite bright. He sat on a bed in the small run for a while watching the world go by. He really needs to be in his special home where he can be waited on until he is fully recovered. :)) x Little Roxy popped in to use the run with her new sister Missy, they look so good together. Deb, their Mom showed us a video of them playing together in the garden at home. We also had visits from Elsa (Tiny) and Layla (Sheila) both adored by their new families. Thanks so much to everyone for their help today. A big thank you to Jo's son who came and fixed our water heater. 🙂 It rained on the last walk this afternoon...a lot! Luckily the doggies all had coats on. Shirley brought all the candles and holders in ready for next week's remembrance evening. Many thanks for all her hard work. It will be a a special evening. Xxx

Well, apparently it is another special day because it is my birthday and I am four! I have had a new squeaky Kong because the first one lost its squeak (I don’t know where it went) and mum hid lots of treats in the wrapping paper so I had lots of surprises when I tore it open. Yummy! Love to everyone especially all the doggies at the kennels. I really hope that you will all have your own sofas soon xx
