Hee hee, just found out that if you pull on the poop bag hanging out of holder you can unwind and run off with the whole roll! Xxx

Who needs to go to Cherborg when you can visit Sheldon Country Park! I had a great time running around on the end of my long lead, sniffing grass, leaves, trees and anything else within reach! I met some whippets and I saw some really big shiny birds flying over while the felt the sun was shining on my back.... I have also mastered opening the pet gate to Auntie Klaire's kitchen, for those of you who haven't, all you have to do is put your head through the cat flap bit, pull the gate back, remove you head quickly and stick your paw in to pull it open! The results are in and Gracie has an under active thyroid. She will start her medicine on Monday and hopefully be fully fit very soon. The vet is pleased that we found it early and we are so glad it has turned out to be something easy to treat.

Jonny is doing so well, he loves fuss, cuddles, walks and food.No longer timid... He really needs his forever sofa with a sister or brother to play with.... He will be going back to the kennels Sunday as I have to go back to work next week. He would make a fantastic addition to any family. He will be at the kennels this weekend for viewing. Just give us a call. X

Fizzy
I’m Homed
I popped in to Daybreaks this afternoon and ended I taking this lovely girl for a walk. She is a real little sweetheart. Very similar in character to our Layla, if a little more bouncy! The two of them walked together beautifully and were so alike in size and temperament, prompting comments that they’d make a lovely couple! We are not in a position to get a second dog but if we were I would have taken her home with me. She leaned on me for cuddles afterwards! Fizzy is a very gorgeous, happy, friendly little girl and she would make a wonderful family pet.

Not really missing Daddy at all - that's not true! Went to Daybreaks today with Florence and played in the run with Auntie Charlotte and Uncle Scott. Uncle Scott ran up and down with me, well I just jogged along side him - he wasn't very fast - but he tried bless him! Gave some love to Auntie Kate but am glad I'm now in my own forever home and hoping that all of the Daybreaks residents get their forever homes soon! Barney. Xx

Missing Barney so much and watching him on the camera at least one every hour. I thought we spoiled him but Aunty Klaire is even worse, he will not want to leave when we get back. I have got him a shirt with daddy's boy on it could not resist it. Daybreaks you do such a wonderful job love reading all about the dogs.

Walked Tommy today - he is a lovely boy and walked very well. He was a little shy in his kennel but soon realised a walk was on offer and jumped down off his bed! xx

Having a luxury holiday here at Raymond Towers, no idea why mom, dad and Samantha wanted to go on a boring cruise! Have a place for my bed in the master bedroom and the whole house has en suite facilities. Not too keen on today's morning excursion - to Fivelands - but things improved massively once we reached the park. Had a session in the salon this afternoon. The food is of the highest quality and my cousin Florence the perfect companion! Barney xx

Well Lottie has discovered that we have a hedgehog in the garden unfortunately in order to get to it involved a 4ft dive at speed off the patio, getting herself wedged between the conifer trees and the side of the patio with no room to turn around and multiple nettle stings! Throw into the mix one hooman in her pj’s and slippers. Thank you Kate for the tip on how to get a grey to open their mouth by lifting their rear legs up I can confirm it works. Thankfully hedgehog survived the Lottie encounter, Lottie is sore and bruised but ok and for awhile was doing the ministry of funny walks due in part to nettle stings I believe never a dull moment in my house.
