Ooh Ripple, I didn't know you and Toney had moved to the Isle of Wight! How lovely to be able to go for a walk by the sea every day. I am sure Flash is with you in spirit too. Lots of love to you all, sending a cuddle to you and Toney. Kate Xxx

Never a dull moment with greyhounds. Just hope she doesn't show Jed how to cultivate the garden too! x

We are considering to a hound to keep our 7 year old hound Bella company. Would Sheena live with another hound and would she be cat safe? We have a cat and our hound is great with her.

Dylan (Glen)
I’m Homed
I popped into the kennels this morning to find Master Glen had "dedded" one of his pillows overnight - his kennel was full of white fluffy stuffing!! I duly made him up a new bed whilst he was having his breakfast, only to find the little tinker had managed to "ded" another pillow during the time the others were coming out for their breakfast - filling his kennel with white fluff again!! I think I have managed to make him up a "Glen proof" bed now, time will tell! He is such a gorgeous boy, he just wants to be out with you, doing whatever you're doing and enjoying the company. Hope that forever sofa comes soon sweetheart. xxx

Thank you, I found them on the Lily Peeps website. It took me an hour to decide on the colours but then we fell at the first hurdle with regards to measuring. My boy Monty has his legs in the air and is refusing to get up, and my little girl Chicken is incapable of standing still. I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks again for your help. xx

Chappy
I’m Homed
Hi Just a quick update from Chappy well he is still no bother but is finding his feet quickly! We had to go back to work this week so it was a worrying time as to how he would be on his own albeit with cassie and one of us is able to call in lunchtime to let them out and spend a little time with them. Chappy found what we call the frog bog in our garden and proceeded to wade through it then parade around the house wagging his tail dripping black bog everywhere it made me smile but took a little cleaning of both floor and his legs to say the least! He has been wearing his new night coat each night but this morning I came down to find it hanging off his bottom as he had duly chewed through the whole front of it and it is now in half I think he is trying to tell us he doesn't want it on so we shall see how he goes. Cassie is settled with him and doesn't bat an eye to his antics all in all he is perfect for us and we shall look forward to more of characteristics coming out and post updates from time to time. See you all soon

Percy had great fun playing in the run this afternoon in the lovely sunshine, in fact he was enjoying himself so much that he managed to throw the tennis ball right over the fence and into the trees!! Ooops, minus one ball but plus one happy boy. xxx

Ripple (Edith)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Well, we have been on the Isle of Wight for a while now and I am really enjoying my walks. Mum takes us out for a good walk in the mornings around the roads and pavements (so Tony doesn’t see any dogs off the lead, he still does not like them). Mum & Dad take us for walks down to the sea most nights and we watch for any cruise liners going to sea. I seem to be able to walk much better down here, Mum thinks its cos its warmer, but it is really cos there are no children scaring me. We really miss our walks with our friends at Perry Barr/Cannock and our Pamper sessions with Lorna. Dad says that we are both having a bath as soon as the weather warms up and there is a nice lady in Bembridge who cuts our claws (I won’t let Mum or Dad near me with them things, I just squeal and squeal). Lots of Love Ripple.
