Elvis
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Elvis was brought to Daybreaks today by a kind volunteer from the rescue where he had been. Unfortunately he managed to slip his collar whilst being brought to the kennels and I had a frantic phone call to say he was running about a car park! One heart attack later - we had caught him! 15 minutes later a family came to view him and he has just gone off to his new home..... hasn't he had an exciting day!

Lovely little Abbie. Met you today at Mell Square. She was a little unsure of her surroundings, which is not surprising at all, but she did come forward for a bit of a fuss and is such a pretty little girl. Go and see her, she's so sweet. Mand x

Josie
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Gent and I have just got back from our stint at the Mell Square roadshow. Josie arrived while we were there. What can I say, if we hadn't just added to our family, I would have taken her home there and then (sorry Emily!) She is the most adorable little girl and so, so affectionate. She spent most of her time leaning up anyone who would give her a bit of fuss (which I must say was quite a few people). Hope she finds a home soon, someone will be very, very lucky to have her. Kelly

If anyone can I'm sure Julie and Ruth will. I've seen Julie work with Kelly at training classes so am thinking positive thoughts. Thinking of Tanya and her mum & dad as well as they must have had a tough decision. Lola sends big snuggles. xx

I will do my best for her! Buddy's coming along with us to show everyone how great greyhounds are, though I'm imagining Ratty and Buddy together will look quite comical... little and large!

Craig
I’m Homed
Craig I'd come and get you tomorrow if I were allowed another and we had a bigger house. I felt the same towards you as I did Rolo when I first met him. But you hold on little one and soon enough there will be a family just around the corner for you, they'll snap you up and wonder why you were ever in there so long... Just like rolo did, and your going to make such a lovely member of the family you go too. Love Rich, Manda, Rolo & Chillie xxx

Poor little girl, I can't begin to imagine what she's going through not having what she knows around her. I bet she is lapping up the fuss with all the staff at daybreaks x

I'll be delighted to help and am heading over to Ruths later today, I love Kelly to bits .. with any change in behaviour there's always a reason and I'm sure she'll return to being the sweet, shy loving little girl that she should be very soon with her auntie Ruth 🙂 Jools x

Kelly

Kelly is coming back into the Trust today. She was speyed last week and since this, has developed severe behavioural issues which her owner quite understandably feels she can't cope with. Kelly will be stopping at our house indefinitely to be assessed and worked with, with the help of Julie Sadler.

Abbie still couldn't be tempted with food today. She had a bit of a high temperature so I twisted Zoe's arm and without much persuasion she is at her house for the night. We know all she needs is to be back in a home and hope someone picks her soon x
