Sorry for not having been in touch sooner but I forgot my original password and have now registered again. Thank you for all the lovely comments about Sticky and we have quickly realised why you have a soft spot for him as he is such a darling! You will be pleased to hear he has settled into a routine really quickly and is definitely part of the family. He loves his walks (although food and cuddles may just be top of his list) and has now met many different breed of dogs. The more of the bigger variety he meets the less interested he seems in the smaller kind. He has made a couple of friends who he sees occasionally on his walks but his best mate has to be my Mom's border collie, Ozzy, who he has had a couple of sleep-overs with. Though you would think Ozzy would object as Sticky likes nothing better than to pinch his food and favourite toys! Luckily my family are as smitten with him as we are so he gets away with it the cheeky lad. Thank you for continuing to send him cuddles which I promise we pass on every day. In fact, he has just come in to find me typing this so I will pass them on now.

Well bullett sedate I don't think is the word with Mindy, she is top dog & leader of the pack, at her age she should be a couch potato anyway, I hope all goes well with her foot & she takes to resting (I don't think so) I agree with you, Sylv

She looks like my Katie and looks adortable - Milly had a really bad cut on her tail after catching it on a door at a friends house and the vet wanted to cut her tail off - (Nasty Man). We put germolene new skin on and it worked a treat. If I had a bigger car I would give her ago - Good Luck !

Hi Lady Victoria, stitches out & no need to return to vet's(one hopes) it seemed to go on for ever, she seems to have taken it in her stride & being an older lady not concerned by vet's, she even tried to go back & see the vet (may be to thank him or give him a kiss) SYLV.

Hi Chlo, until a grey is officially adopted by signing the paperwork he is still classed as reserved. We don't have an option for marking Corky on trial. We hope he may be signed up soon as I think his separation anxiety problems are getting much better I believe.

Hi bullet & Lady Victoria, Mindy has not had the lamp shade treatment, but the muzzle at night to stop her licking the paw, tomorrow (Fri) again at the vets to take out the stiches , this seems to be going on for ever. SYLV

Hi everyone, well we have had Zak for nearly 3 weeks now. He is brilliant. He loves his cuddles and his walks. He has calmed down quite a lot, but he still has his mad moments. He went for a walk the other day, and decided he was going to follow all the white lines on the football pitch. Mom is spoiling him, as he was not keen when we got him home on eating his complete food for breakfast, he kept turning his nose up at him, so he now has sardines on toast, he loves his veggies with his tea. He is very stubborn, he won't move out of the way when Mom tries to hoover, she has to go round him. I do love having him here though, he is my best friend. I will let you know how he is doing. Hugs and kisses to all the other greyhounds. Love Kris xxxxxx
