Ice had a very muddy walk with Susie this afternoon to Elmdon Park. He met lots of other dogs, adults and children and didn’t see bothered by anything or anyone. He’s a big strong boy and an absolute joy. He will have so many new adventures to look forward to, it’s very exciting ????

Daybreaks Diary!

A very busy day at the kennels! A lovely family came to visit this morning and fell for Bill...what a great boy he is, such a lovely face. Xxx Ice met Eric and Susie, they all had a great time in the sand run together. :)) It was so lovely to see Eric and Susie again. Xx We had lots of visitors for the sand run including Misty, who was recently crowned Supreme Champion in the on line dog show. She was very beautiful and a worthy winner of the title! Xxx Lee and Woody are still looking for their forever homes, quite different in character, Lee is very out going and bouncy. Woody is very shy at the moment, he has the most beautiful eyes theat melt your heart! Xxx We are expecting another new arrival tomorrow.... Xxx

Emma's family called today to say they have had to say goodbye to her. She was such a wonderful girl and during her stay at Daybreaks she had quite a fan club! Thank you to her family for giving her a fabulous, happy home. I know how much they adored her. Xx Thinking of you all, God Bless sweet Emma. Xxx

Daybreaks Diary!

We arrived at the kennels this morning and all was unusually quiet! Dave asked if we did have dogs in or had Ruth taken them home! So, upon opening the kennel block we were greeted by Lee and Ice, they are both gorgeous. Feeding and cleaning done and then the arrival of two more hounds, Bill, an older boy and Woody. They were both really good having their arrival baths, healthchecks and afternoon walks. Ice not surprisingly found himself reserved, he will meet two of his three prospective siblings tomorrow, I'm sure many of you will remember Eric and Susie (she was fostered during the first lockdown and was another failed foster). Fingers crossed the introduction goes well. It started to get very chilly this afternoon so the kids settled down to bed with their fleecy coats and heaters on. There are viewings booked for tomorrow, how greyt would it be to have all these handsome hounds have red or even better green signs by the end of the weekend?. X As always, please, all, stay safe and well. If you need anything from the kennels please give us a call and we will make you an appointment.
