Hi Auntie Kate, No I didn’t! Unfortunately it’s now being used and I’m not allowed to have it! However I did have fun ripping up the box that dad had in his boot on the way to Broadway! I made some great art with all the gloves inside! Hope you’re well. Russ Xx

Jacke spent a lot of time sitting outside in one of the runs today. He loves being able to see what's going on. We gave him a nice comfy raised bed to sit on but he preferred a blanket on the floor. 🙂 He does like company and would thrive in a home with another dog to be his friend or someone who is at home most of the time. He would be lovely company. Xxx

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Flash had a lovely time running around the kennels with Tig and Momma when we were locking up tonight 🙂 She was very interested in the treats the residents were receiving before bedtime :)) She certainly wasn't shy about asking for one too! She is a really lovely girl. Hoping her leg will soon be feeling much better. Xxx

Sad to hear this... gone far too soon 🙁 Run Free Robbie, we know the pain of losing them too early. It’s heartbreaking and I can’t imagine how his family feel.

Hello Everyone! Thought I’d give an update... This weekend we went down to broadway to meet with my best friends Freddie and Bella! We had a blast! I followed Bella around everywhere! (Don’t worry Florence we are just friends) I was very well behaved apart from stealing their moms bed oh and stealing their sofa. Oh and stealing the food and keeping everyone awake at night but apart from that I was fantastic! We found a great pet shop in broadway! I got spoilt. I got new balls and treats! Also something secret for my Birthday in a couple weeks! We had great walks and I got to see loads! It was my first stay away from home so it was very strange! I experienced new things and ate at a cafe with the hoomans. It was great! Hope you’re all ok! Russ Xx

Totally heartbroken to hear this. Robbie, you were taken far too soon, as Ruth said a year was not enough. Heartfelt condolences to Ben and Lorna, they loved you so very much. Shine down on us, run fast and free at the Bridge, free from pain. Another Angel to watch over us. Again heartbroken. Xx

We have been kindly given a donation of tinned fish for the 'kids' at Daybreaks however, as the kind donor does not have transport at the moment, we are asking if there is anyone in Wednesbury or Boldmere Road, not far away from Sutton Park that could collect these for us and drop them to the kennels. Unfortunately I couldn't get Flash seen at the vets until Thursday morning so I will keep you all posted. The swelling has gone done a lot more and she is very content laying on her duvet with Momma in the kennels office today as I have brought her to work with me! She is adorable x
