Happy Birthday Lyra!! Six today...and still as potty as ever! She had a lovely card from her mates Cello, Mille, Murphy and Drew. :)) Tonight we all had egg custards and tomorrow she is going to Pets At Home to choose her own Birthday present. :))) Lots of love to our super little, spotty girl 🙂 Xxxxxxx

Jack is doing much better now, he is a lot calmer and seems to be settling in his kennel at night. He really is a very friendly lad who loves everyone two legged and four. He is quite small for a boy...he wouldn't take up all of the sofa, just most of it! :))) Xxx

Flash's leg was very swollen today and she wasn't able to go for a walk 🙁 She really does need someone who will nurse her back to health. She needs a nice quiet home where she can grow in confidence. I'm sure she would like a four legged new sister or brother to be her friend....Klaire I think you tick all the boxes!! Xxxx

Well Shanishoo that’s a crafty plan! Will have to see if my sister will be a co-conspirator! Longingforagrey - it’s at least 3 and a half hours from our house to the kennels, if TC said yes I would of course load the car immediately to get to the kennels ringing Ruth, Kate or Jo en route! Xx

Umm - Michael has fallen head over heels for this little sweetheart. Our Shane was also a jekyll & hyde - an absolute dream until he saw a small furry!!!!! Miss Polly will look into your eyes (and your heart) and is so beautiful. Her kennel is always clean in the mornings and she loves to be around people. Please someone give this little lady a home soon! xxx

This is a tough one then, other than just going for a long drive on your own via Birmingham I'm not sure what else will work. What if Russ came for a visit and just brought Flash along for the ride?, I'm sure he would have to give in then. Good luck xxxxx
