This is doing my head in, Dad just keeps crying and he's not even upset, its a sort of happy crying that you humans do he said once Tom has sorted the garden next Friday I will know more, he is such a plonker sometimes, he thinks I don't know what's going on , it's pretty obvious he's going to get Chickens again , what a donkey he is thinking he can keep that from me, I'm going to rename him donkey

3 is certainly not a crowd! I currently have 3 greys - 1 from Hall Green, 1 from Monmore and my latest, the lovely Wendy from Daybreaks. Wendy and her slightly older sister Jinky share the same male line. I brought the Wendy home in September to 2 who were already settled and there have been no problems at all - they all get on wonderfully. As you know, greys love the companionship of their breed. If I had the space I would have more!

2019 Daybreaks Diary!

Three words could sum up today, COLD and then VERY COLD and WET. As always thanks to our Wednesday walkers and also to our afternoon volunteers who braved the rain. I met our two new arrivals, Floss and Boots, they are lovely as are all our residents. I have to say that you can tell that Sparky and Boots are Saddle and Roy's brothers. The only difference is they spin in circles the same way where as Saddle and Roy spin in opposite directions!! Thanks for the donations of bedding, raffle and donation table items, very kind of you. Three lovely ladies who dropped items off stayed for a while and had a look around the kennels and at the dogs, they were particularly impressed with the raised beds the dogs have. Drew has yet another member join his fan club, we just need to find one who would love to take him home! When we left this evening all the dogs were tucked up warm and cosy, I think we were all going home to try to do the same 🙂 Stealing one of Angies lines, I am going to partake in a glass or two of wine.

Can anyone tell me what is going on, please, Dad seems to be getting excited, I think he has bought me another crispy duck toy, it looks like a squashed duck but makes crispy noises when I chew it, he got one last Christmas and it was great fun for 30.5 seconds then I got bored Daddy Jeff isn't right at the moment I am trying to comfort him by snuggling up to him but I think he is upset that Mummy has gone to the moon even though I know she is happy there and when he's not here she still comes down and gives me a cuddle He is being really weird at the moment, and he keeps listening to the same song on youtube, I think its called Cecelia Can anyone help me make him happy, please

Hmmm, 3 is not always a crowd, I was awake at 4 am thinking that It might be easier for your Kennel mate Celia and you if you both came together, Carrie seems to be so sad at the moment it's lovely that she is so clingy with me after Mummy died but heartbreaking at the same time that I'm all she's got, does anyone have any experience on bringing 2 home to 1
