Over the Rainbow Bridge
It is the post no-one wants to write. We are absolutely devastated to have lost our boy today. One minute he was trotting happily around the park, and then when we got home he was taken ill - and at the vets we learned he had a tumour on his spleen and also unknown to us, a very weak heart. So we've had to say goodbye tonight. We are broken. Casper, we couldn't have loved you more. We are going to miss you horribly. Sleep well boy, we were so lucky to have you as part of our family.

Princess is such a happy little girl, with a very dangerous tail!! It whips round at such a pace, and she greets everybody with a smile, a bounce and a tail lash!! Hopefully her friendly outgoing nature will show kennel mate Celia that us humans are ok and she has no need to be scared. xx

Although still vey wary, and with her tail firmly tucked, this pretty little girl was so much braver this morning. She jumped off the bed, following Princess, and did approach the door but decided to stay behind her kennel mate. She did come out without coaxing though, and certainly enjoyed her breakfast. Hopefully as the days go by she will relax and realise she is safe and has no need to be scared of the world. She is so dainty and tiny, you just want to snuggle her!! She gets my cuddle today. xx
