Hi Sharon83 - You can also try Harrington’s or James wellbeloved they are both wheat/grain free. However not 100% sure on prices. Fetch is a good website to buy food from and there are usually discount codes available x

Omg, Harry you are breaking my heart, you look so sad and scared, just want to give you a cuddle, I hope you find the perfect home with possibly another kind but confident grey to show you that you are safe and you will be OK, you just need somebody to be patient and loving and I am sure you will then flourish and be a happy Harry. Eric was very well behaved on his lead this afternoon. Even with his muzzle on he managed to snaffle a toy through the bars of his run he was very reluctant to release it, which wouldn't usually matter but he's sharing with two girlies and we didn't want to risk toy envy!!! Xxx

Harry was in the run with Rosie today. What a difference a week makes. He not only had little lean on me but allowed me to stroke him. There's a lovely boy in there just waiting to emerge. Huge cuddles xxxxx

Hi Sharon83 - try the Skinners duck and rice.... this is also wheat & gluten free and is £28.99 for a large sack. This is £1 a day approx to feed. If this is too expensive, we recommend Burgess Greyhound & Lurcher food. This is wheat based so she will toilet more than a non wheat based food. Alternatively have a think about raw - this is easily available from most pet shops and is in small square frozen packets so very easy to feed. If you would like to pop along to the kennels or give us a call we can help with advice and more suggestions. Ruth

2019 Daybreaks Diary!

I need some help. When I git my dog from daybreaks she was on burns sensitive. This is so expensive to buy. I got some greyhound maintenance food from a friend who races them. Lily has been on this for two months but she poo loads and loads. The poi crumbles and is not while. Is there another good you could consider please

I've shed a happy tear at this news. So pleased Shadow is doing well. He was a definite favourite. I remember the first time I went in his kennel and he pinned me against the wall and wanted to play. Like a grown up puppy! x

Richard and Shirley - I'm so sad to hear your sad news. Bert and Mr Guiness can run free together. The old boys looking after the ones who passed too soon. Following her CT at Brentknoll, the results have been reviewed by Chris at Fivelands and he is going to do an arthroscopy on Wednesday and will hopefully be able to removed the bone fragment. We will keep you posted.
