Today would have been our beloved Jack's 9th birthday, he was taken far too soon, he was such a special handsome boy who brought so much fun and love into our lives. Jack, you took a piece of our hearts with you when you left, we love you to the moon and back, sleep tight gorgeous boy. Love you forever - Mum, Pops and Dexter xxxx

We all know that our beautiful hounds will one day inevitably break our hearts as they don’t know they are supposed to live forever but in return they give us unconditional love, companionship, laughter, a life time of memories. Some stay with us shorter than we would wish but we do it time and again and the ones we lose stay with us in our memories and continue to walk with us unseen my heart goes out to you both I am so sorry it’s not the result we had all hoped for.

I’m just devastated for you all. It’s so unfair after everything poor Spritz has had to go through all we hoped for was a great home where she could live out the rest of her retirement comfortably and safely and to be loved and treasured. She got all of those things she needed but life is so cruel sometimes. Alan & Pam I know you face tough times ahead but we all know you will do your best for your beautiful girl. Keep making happy memories to carry you through. You are all in my thoughts xx

Alan and Pam we are absolutely devestated. She has been through so much and deserved so much more than this. Take some comfort from the fact that you have given her an amazing few months of love and happiness. Life can be so very unfair at times. Sending our love and thoughts at this awful time. I am devastated for you both and Spritz cerntainly didn’t deserve this. I know that you will have given her a fantastic few months and will make the best decision for her when the time is right. I don’t know what else to say but hugs to you both you are stars and I am only sorry for the result.

I am so so sorry to read this. But how lucky is she to have found you at this time in her life - love does indeed find a way - and you have her to care for at this precious time. I am totally and utterly distraught tonight knowing that our little girl has bone cancer She has brought so much love to our lives in the short time we have had her and she's now in so much pain despite the Morphine it's devastating and so hard to bear As Alan has already said.. Life is so cruel and unfair We love our little girl so very much but know we can't keep her like this.. Pam x x : (((
