Friendly reminder with the hot weather upon us: NEVER LEAVE DOGS IN HOT CARS. The internal temperature in a car can significantly increase and will not take long for a dog to pass out, this will be fatal to a dog. If you find a dog in a car on a hot day call the police on 999, even if the dog doesn't look in distress because it will soon become distressed.

Happy 12th birthday my darling angel! Hope you have a lovely day with all over rainbow Bridge. Miss you so so much, every day is hard without you but we get little lifts when we keep seeing the robin following us everywhere and we know it's you coming with us. Mia always says 'look mommy, there's jet' when she sees one...we've taught her well! Love you more than words can say and wish you were here. All my love in the world, mommy xxx

Hi Longingforanothergrey, we took Fox on the Whitley Court charity walk along with our greyhound Molly. They got on great and travelled well in the car together. Jo also got on well with the other greyhounds on the walk and all other breeds he came across. He is currently kennelled with Gabby so I think he would be a perfect companion for your Mr Sparkle.

Fox came to stay with us on trial. He was a dream of a dog. The only reason for his return was that our autistic son did not react very well - hence why we did a trial in the first place. Fox is an incredible dog. He settled quickly to our home. He didn’t cry or bark. Even overnight he was good as gold. He walks perfectly on the lead. He met some other breeds of dogs out and about and was absolutely fine with them. We wish him all the best and know that he will make a super addition to someone’s family.

Hello Longingforanothergrey...... yes, sadly Mr Fox is back. He came back from trial through no fault of his own. He was absolutely brilliant and will make an amazing pet. I have asked the family to put on comment about his stay with them. He really is amazing.

Hi Helen&Dave, have you tried cutting out treats to see if that helps her vomiting and gurgly tummy? Some ideas for food - normal diet or something quite bland like some chicken Try feeding smaller meals a few times a day. Hope this helps ????
