A quick update on Josh, myself and Ruth visited the vets today. We explained what has been going on with Josh. I also showed him videos of his behaviour. The vet did his examination, it was funny as Josh seemed to enjoy the manipulations. Then a proprioception test was carried out (curling of his paw and see how quick he places his paw back on the floor). There seems to be a deficit in his re-action. Josh is now booked in for an X-Ray this Monday.

It is 6 years since I decided to come and live with mom and TC. In that time I have lived with 3 cats, then 2, then 1, then back to 2, then 1, back to 2 and now 3 (those we lost passed from old age and illness) Sydney the youngest thinks he’s a dog like me! I’ve moved house from the city to the country by the sea. I’ve been a Pets as Therapy dog and made lots of friends. I think I’m also responsible for Uncle Ian, Auntie Deborah and Samantha getting Barney, Russ and now Monty. My 2 best friends live over the road and I see then nearly every day. It’s the BEST decision I ever made. Lubs you all. Florence xxxx

Daybreaks Diary!

As always thanks to everyone for their help today. Ruth delivered the handsome Zavi, now Archie to his new home. Hoping everything goes well for this lovely boy. X Mena and Dolly had a visit from their new Mom, little Mena is slowly growing in confidence each day, I even got a kiss from her. I called Tommy's family for an update this afternoon, he is doing really well, has mastered the stairs and has settled fantastically. We should hopefully have some new arrivals next week, so keep a lookout on the website to see who we get!
