Today Toby went green and officially became a LLoyd.He is our 9th greyhound from daybreaks.He has such a loving sunny disposition and wins hearts wherever he goes.Our other greyhound Maddie seems to like him too which is what sealed the deal.He is going to be spolit rotten.Many thanks to Ruth and Kate for all their help.

Daybreaks Diary!

Another busy day, thanks to everyone for their help today. The weather was decidedly undecided! Thankfully it brightened up later on. I met Snowy a new arrival from earlier in the week, he is still unsure of the new surroundings and is not eating too well. Hopefully this will change in the next couple of days when more settled. Our two new arrivals today are also lovely, thanks to Annie for bathing them and doing their arrival checks. Raffle tickets for the hounds Easter parade are on sale, you can pop in to the Kennels or pay by card over the phone. The inmates were all tucked up with their fleece coats and heating on. As always, stay safe and well everyone. X

Alex update..... since his castrate a week ago, Alex has been quite poorly with sickness, diarrhoea and weight loss. I have been taking him home. He has been to the vets to have blood tests and started on medication. He is on a drip for the day to rehydrate him and on Friday he is going in for endoscopy. He was due to go to him new home on Saturday which has sadly now been delayed because of this. I will keep you posted.
