We need to get a hard hat for this beautiful young lady!! When breakfast is on its way from the kitchen, she bounces sooo high I am worried she is going to bang her head on the roof of the run!!!! Such a gorgeous girlie who loves a fuss. x

Spirit has come back to the kennels today. Sadly he has been very timid around the family's young son. He has shown no sign at all of any aggression but is uneasy to be in the same room. The family feels he would be happier in a home without young children. Very sad for all concerned. Xxx

A big cuddle for Billy tonight. Xxx I had the pleasure of taking him for a walk yesterday. He waited very nicely to have his collar and lead on and enjoyed going out. He walks lovely on the lead. Xxx Billy loves his food and when he is waiting for his meals he stares intently at the kitchen... willing his breakfast or dinner to arrive! :)) He does like company, his Trainers says he always shared his racing kennel with a girlfriend. :)) He would make a lovely companion and friend. He just needs someone to give him a chance. Xxx

I really can't believe lovely River is still waiting for her forever home. She is a fabulous, happy, bouncy girl. Very friendly, loves lots of cuddles. And beautiful too! What more could you ask for. :)) Xxx

Enjoy your new home Monty. I believe its due to come along on Thursday. I must say you were an absolute pleasure to take to Elmdon Park today. You travelled perfectly in the car and although still very strong on the lead you were an absolute gentleman when surrounded by around 6 or 7 small dogs who gathered around you Have a happy homing Monty

I saw this fabulous little girl this morning. Her owner recognised the Daybreaks van outside and came to say hello... Sky wanted to jump in the driver's seat!! Such a softie and loving girl... she could have stayed having cuddles all morning, bless her

I took Billy to Elmdon Park on Friday. He was, like last time, perfectly behaved. He met big and small dogs politely. He was really desperate to say hello to a chihuahua, but the poor thing was a bit scared of him. When the chihuahua was picked up, Billy went up on his hind legs in a last desperate attempt to say hello. Unfortunately though this did nothing to make the chihuahua feel more confident!! He's a lovely boy, who loves some attention and walks very well. He also quite likes a cuddle. I hope he doesn't have to wait too long for his forever home xx

Every day I am in, I let Billy into the kitchen first thing in the morning as he is a serial barker if we are there and he is in his kennel..... To start with, EVERY toy in the toy boxes in the kitchen was sorted, squeaked, thrown and chewed.... the work tops were investigated and cardboard boxes could be great fun! Over the weeks, he now comes into the kitchen, has his breakfast and curls up in the bed to watch us running about. He does show his cheeky side if no one is watching to investigate but he is certainly much more chilled out. He is an extremely intelligent boy, who just loves company. He is happy, energetic, and great fun to be around. If you are interested in finding out more about this gorgeous boy, please give us a call at the kennels.
