Very sadly due to a change of circumstances Woody has been returned to the kennels today. However, he has been offered a lovely foster and will be going back out again at the weekend. We are so sorry for all concerned. Xxx

Barney

Barney breaks my heart. He is not happy in the kennels lovely though they are. He loves attention and was very relaxed on a bed in the outside kennel whilst I stroked him. Had a short walk with him, couldn't go far be cause he is post op., and he is brilliant on the lead. He has got beautiful eyes. Gorgeous boy lots of cuddles xxxxx

Alex is adorable. He is very amiable, very excited to get leaded up, strong on the lead and very interested in the squirrel we saw. He is very handsome and enjoys a fuss. He is fine with the other hounds but I understand he will need some reassurance when he meets smaller other breeds. Big cuddles lovely boy xx

Jenny is a very gentle sweet little girl who walks perfectly on the lead. I loved that whenever I said her name on the walk, she looked up at me. Huge kisses and cuddles xxxx

Met Buddy today and he is a gorgeous boy, happy and friendly. He loved his walks seems very relaxed in the kennels and he walked beautifully on the lead. Lots of kisses for him x

Sanka is such a lovely boy. He is very friendly but not sure of himself on walks. He loves being out of the kennel and is a really good boy in the kennel. Huge cuddles for him tonight xx

I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful boy last week whilst visiting Daybreaks. He rested his head in my hand for a fuss, he was just the loveliest boy ever, if only he was cat friendly! I hope he finds his forever home soon with someone who can give him the TLC, patience and unconditional love he deserves. Sweetest boy Xx

Daybreaks Diary!

An absolutely non stop crazy day today. The sand run was solidly booked, as were our visitor appointments! I have come home and crashed.... I am absolutely worn out! Sadly no reservations or homings but two gorgeous new arrivals. Sadly Woody is coming back on Tuesday and Ritchie back from trial on Saturday so we have a full house and still low on volunteers because of our COVID restrictions. I had my COVID vaccination yesterday and really hoping things will get back to normal!
