I took Keeley into the vets first thing as she keeps being sick. Unfortunately after xrays she was operated on and tumours were found in her pylorus causing the blockage and spleen so biopsies were taken. We collected her from Moseley and transferred her to Willows last night. We are keeping everything crossed for good news as she is such a beautiful and special girl xx

Daybreaks Diary!

Wow, we had two viewings today resulting in two reservations, Hawk and Chip were the lucky boys. Thanks to Dave (whose birthday was also yesterday), Chris and Liz for their help today, you are all fab. Ruth was in this morning, she went home this afternoon as she has been in all week, no doubt she didn't take it easy and have a well deserved rest (well we are talking about Ruth)!!! The remaining boys are all so very lovely. Ritchie is struggling at the moment, he is a bit stressed and as Ruth said he really would benefit in going into a foster home. He spent some time in the back kitchen with Dave's Maisie Moo and was great, they both later came into the office, he was so well behaved and completely relaxed. Please if you could offer to foster him we (and he) would be so very grateful. The sand run is proving to be increasing in popularity and is getting fully booked most days. If you would like to come along and use the run please book well in advance to avoid disappointment! Just a reminder, if you need to visit the kennels please call in advance for an appointment, this will keep both yourselves and us safe. As always, stay safe and well. I really can't wait to see our volunteers who have not been able to come in, hopefully they will be able to come in soon. Angie, I will partake in a glass of wine or two on your behalf, hope to see you soon (you write a much better Friday diary than I do)! X
