So the debate went on for hours in our house last night, to leave or remain! The final vote went two to one to remain. It’s just not democratic. My unwritten contract says I gets my evening walk but no! - mom says I can’t. Did I care that I’d had a GA that afternoon or that it was raining really really hard and I’ve bandage on the end of my tail - no I likes my walk. I whined in a very hoarse ‘I’ve got a sore throat due the tube’ kind of way but to no avail! I demand a recount before tonight and the poached chicken mom just cooked for my lunch is in no way compensation! Lubs to all Florence xxx

Casey is eight years old today. He’s a happy lad these days and spends hours each day waiting for his next batch of meatballs. He’s having both beef and turkey for his celebration lunch. Happy birthday Boy!

2019 Daybreaks Diary!
I’m Homed
Ben went off to the vets first thing this morning for his neutering operation. He spent the first five minutes looking out of the back window of the car, then settled down and went to sleep 🙂 He was a little wobbly when I picked him up this afternoon. I had chance to go for a couple of walks today. It was lovely walking weather and the dogs enjoyed getting away from the kennels. Thanks so much for everyone's help today. Xxx

Happy Birthday to Bobby! He is twelve today. :)) He spent the day at the kennels and was very spoilt..he had a card from his mates and a lovely pilchard cake made by Lucy which her shared with Skip, Ellie, Cello, Millie and manic Murphy! :)) There was enough left for him to bring home for Fletch and Lyra. After lunch he had a stroll up the lane. He also managed to find a bag of doggy donuts in my bag when I left him in the office before going home. He ate all of them! He is now crashed oit on his bed. :)) Sending him all my love and more, he is a very special gentleman. Xxxx

Bless you Florence. So pleased you just had stitches. Flloydy says thank you, we don't know how he lost part of his tail, probably due to happy tail. My Naughty Norman also suffered from happy tail, he unfortunately had 8 inches of his tail removed. The vet said that he had a kink in his tail which was what he thought was a fracture, he had that when I got him! Hope you will be a good girl and not mess with it. Take care, Auntie Jo and the furry five. Xx
