2019 Daybreaks Diary!

Ruth and I took Nerys for her neutering operation this morning. She was such a scared little girl. She will need a very patient and understanding family to help her with the outside world. In her kennel she is is a happy little soul with a waggy tail. Hope she will feel better tomorrow. Xxx Thanks to Alan,Shirley and Declan for picking up our two latest arrivals, Debs and Velvet. They are both delightful. :)) We have finally moved into out newly refurbished kitchen! Thanks to the the boys, Dave, Declan and Lewis for cleaning out cupboards, drawers and washing cups, plates etc. :)) We now have somewhere for visitors and volunteers to make a drink or have lunch. :)) Richard spent most of the day painting doors and door frames! Didn't notice any "blue" dogs walking around the kennels this afternoon. Xxx We are so very grateful to everyone for everything they do to make the kennels a great place to be for our Greyhounds, volunteers and visitors. Xxx

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Hello Lisa, thank you so much for your message. I am hoping to go to Pompeii for my studies at the end of March and so it would be spending time with Moe and/or walking him on a Monday to Friday. He is used to me being at home with him and this would break up the day for him until my son gets home from work. If you could spare an hour maybe? But I can fit in with what you can do. If you would not mind asking Kate for my number I can give you the dates to see if you might be free. I would be so grateful. And you know how cuddly moe is 🙂
