Kuro is doing wonderfully in his new home! He's settling in really well. He met the postman this morning (woof) and heard the washing machine for the first time (woof woof!) He loves walks, snuggles and not having to wait for his meals. Love to all.

Shaini's new Mom called today to say her new little girl is doing really well and she adores her! :)) She has also changed the spelling of her name to Shaini - it means my beautiful in Hebrew. She is indeed very beautiful! Xxx

2019 Daybreaks Diary!

It was very quiet without Brandy at breakfast time this morning. He usually reminds us he is waiting for his breakfast when he comes out into the run and barks excitedly! I'm sure he was being spoilt in his new home and didn't have to wait at all! :)) We had a lot of help today, so the dogs enjoyed two good long walks, we even had a little sunshine. :)) Ruth popped in this afternoon with Rose and Ruthy. They are so very cute together. Rose goes where ever Ruthy does and seems very happy 🙂 Ruthy loves everyone and everything! Xx Apologies to everyone who has visited the kennels for bag of Greyhound & Lurcher over the last few days. We don't have any at the moment but there should be a trip to the warehouse later in the week. 🙂 We should have more calendars delivered tomorrow and we still have packs Christmas cards for sale. Can't believe it's Christmas next week! My three have been enjoying their advent calendar and I sure will miss their daily treats when it is finished! Xxx

Tim, Sue and Anna, I am so very sad to hear you have had to say Goodbye to your beloved Gemma, she really was a Gem. Thank you so much for all the updates on her and Stanley through out the last few years. It was always a pleasure to hear what they had been up to. Sadly Gemma has crossed the rainbow bridge, at least not suffering any further. Had been diagnosed with lymphoma and although still had some spark - odd dash across the lawn - Tim & Sue (her humans) and Stanley (grey) were with her. God bless. Will miss you darling. xxx
