Two more new arrivals today 🙂 Tall handsome Roary and very pretty little Jean. We were just contemplating who to pair Jean up with when she was reserved! :)) Fast work! x It was a sad day for Ruth, she gave Foxy a lovely home. Hoping our current Daybreaks residents will all be lucky enough to find a home where they will be loved as much as Foxy was in his. Xxx Thanks so much to everyone for their help today. Xxx

Such very sad news, Foxy was a special boy. He was a "grown up" when I really got to know him; but he was always doing something he shouldn't and Ruth would come into the kennels some mornings exasperated with his latest antic! Eating lots of mince pies and weeing on the bed spring to mind...I lost count of the times she said she was going to put him up for adoption! 🙂 However we all knew she adored him and he loved his Mommy! I will miss seeing him sauntering around the kennels checking out what's going on, but I'm sure he will be with us in spirit along with Joseph. God Bless his cheeky new Angel, lots of love to Ruth and Andy. Xxxxxx

So sorry to hear about Foxy Ruth.He was a very popular dog with everyone,and had a great personality I know he meant the world to you and it will be very hard to lose him,but you gave him an amazing life and help make him who he was,and you should be very proud of that,So hold your head up up up! x

2019 Daybreaks Diary!

It is so satisfying! I was worried I was squeezing out pigment! Timmy looks so much better now and is growing fur on his tummy. I also use a facial wash on his tummy occasionally. He likes that! Bryn has been with us 9 years and has a pink skinned belly fully covered in bright white fur!

Hello everyone! It seems we're running low on tins of fish and dog meat for our lovely doggies, so this is a small plea to anyone who could spare us a few tins, the girls and boys would be really grateful! They are particularly fond of pilchards and sardines! 🙂 thank you! xx

Hehe skinny me, I was over the moon when I realised the tummy spots were like black heads I could squeeze...So satisfying! Luckily get doesn't mind me getting them and in true jet style just chills and relaxes! And oh no poor fin...think he's going to have to learn 90% of the time cats will win! He'd have a heart attack here with the 5 cats, 2guinea pigs, chickens, quails and budgies bombing around! Hey does have to put up with some things living with us! Xxx
