Daybreaks Diary!

What a blooming grotty morning it was!!! The boys and girls were very reluctant to leave their cosy kennels to go out for a wee!! The lovely Sasha was as bright as a button this morning following her spey, and gets my Gold Star clean kennel award. She happily polished off her breakfast bless her. Ruth took Cain off to the Vet first thing for his neutering- it was so sad to see him in his kennel whilst I was bringing all the others out for their breakfast - goodness how guilty did I feel!! After yesterday’s beautiful weather today was really grotty! Can’t believe the difference 24 hours makes. Stay safe one and all. Angie xx

We unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our wonderful Belle last week. The girl that was scared of human contact grew in confidence and taught us so much. Belle learnt the paw of more and how to demand fuss. Sofa cuddles became the norm; she adored her sniffy walks and was the queen of making her perfect bed. We feel so lucky she was a part of our family. We have so many wonderful memories we will cherish.

It was the gorgeous Sasha's turn for neutering this morning. I took her in and she was so happy wagging her tail and getting fuss from Debbie the vet nurse. She recovered quickly from her op and Kate collected her this afternoon and as she seems so bright, she is stopping at the kennels tonight. She is a very sweet girl and as she can't go for walks for the next 10 days we will be spending a lot of time giving her extra cuddles and gentle playtime in the runs.

Thanks as always to Denise for opening up. The Wednesday walkers were in and all the dogs apart from Hilda who is post op had morning walks. This afternoon all that could walk had their afternoon walks. Xxx Sadly Truf came back limping so missed the afternoon walk. Not much else to report!!!
